We can provide your organization with a wide variety of health screening services. Some health screenings are part of every wellness fair while others can be stand alone events.
The following screening services are available:
| Skin Cancer | $600 per 3 hour session | Nurse Practitioner
7 per hour 5 minute appointments Private area needed |
| Cholesterol/Glucose | $350 set up fee-1 RN for 2 hours plus 30 minute set up
$35 per person-30 person minimum *$75 per hour per RN if additional time or staff needed (Minimum of four hours of nursing will most likely be needed) |
Nurse counsels employees on immediate (finger prick) results
Educational materials provided |
| Flu Vaccination | $350 set up fee-1 RN for 2 hours plus 30 minute set up
$30 per person-35 person minimum *$75 per hour per RN if additional time or staff needed (Minimum of four hours of nursing will most likely be needed) |
Nurse (RN)administers the flu shots
